Gem Mint/Mint (GM/M): Flawless; perfect corners, edges, surface, centering, gloss, and color. The theoretical perfect card.

Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect; minimal wear, maybe tiny nicks on 1-2 corners, slight scuffs, or minor print spots, but looks fresh from a pack.

Lightly Played (LP) / Excellent (Ex): Shows definite but minor wear; slight corner whitening, minor scratches, light scuffs, or slight edge wear.

Moderately Played (MP) / Very Good (VG): More obvious wear; moderate scratches, scuffs, dirt, minor creases, or binder dents, with more whitening.

Heavily Played (HP) / Good (Gd): Significant wear; major whitening, creases, surface wear, minor tears, or stains, but still mostly intact.

Poor (P): The lowest grade; rips, major stains, extreme creases, tears, or significant structural damage.
