1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the services under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

You agree to:

3. Product Information & Collectible Condition

Zynx Vault specializes in trading cards and collectible products.
We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and condition notes are accurate. However:

  • we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free

  • actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, packaging variations, or manufacturing differences

Sealed products are sold as-is, and collectible conditions are subject to subjective grading unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made at checkout using accepted payment methods. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, carrier information, and tracking details are outlined in our Shipping Policy available on our website.

Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Zynx Vault is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our collectible products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason, including:

  • change of mind

  • buyer error

  • subjective dissatisfaction

Conditional Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

  • the item arrived damaged due to a fault or error of Zynx Vault, not the shipping carrier

  • proof requirements are met

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged item

  • an unedited video of the unboxing showing the sealed package being opened and the damage clearly visible

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once Zynx Vault has received and inspected the damaged product.


We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.

This policy does not restrict rights guaranteed under Canadian or Alberta consumer protection legislation.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase, you confirm payment authorization and accuracy.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Zynx Vault:

  • inspects and documents orders before shipment

  • uses delivery confirmation as proof of fulfillment

Fraudulent or meritless chargebacks may result in:

  • contesting the chargeback with evidence

  • recovery of costs and processing fees

  • civil action or debt collection as permitted under Canadian and Alberta law

All sales are final.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations

  • impersonate others

  • interfere with website operations

  • submit harmful code, spam, or malicious content

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, logos, text, designs, and product images—is the property of Zynx Vault or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zynx Vault is not liable for:

  • loss due to carrier mishandling

  • personal decisions regarding collectible purchases

This limitation applies except where restricted by Canadian or Alberta law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • the Province of Alberta

Any disputes shall be resolved in Alberta courts.
